Pan Seared Trout with Creamy Mango Sauce

6 Trout filets or any white fish filets
3 tbs extra virgin olive oil
10 oz Philadelphia cooking crème original
1 lemon juiced and zest
½ cup cilantro chopped
2 mangos
2 6.2oz box long grain & wild rice Fast cook recipe
Peel and chop in small pieces mangos and set aside. Zest and juice the lemon and set aside.
In a pot add rice and water cover and cook according to package instructions. Take your filets and season with sea salt and drizzle with olive oil, coat well on both sides
In a frying pan on Medium high heat, add filets and cook 3 minutes, turn and cook additional 3 minutes. While filets are cooking in a sauce pan on medium heat add cooking crème, lemon juice, zest, cilantro and mango reserving ¼ cup of mango for garnish. Mix well heat through a couple of minutes.
